		<description>Thanks for the coverage of the issue.  Despite a new policy on medical marijuana, patients and providers licensed by their state or local government are still vulnerable to federal raids and prosecution.  Worse, these individuals are denied the opportunity to present evidence during federal court proceedings that might inform a jury of their explicit medical use and compliance with state law!  

HR3939, the Truth in Trials Act, would correct this injustice.  Please contact your Member of Congress and tell them to support the bill today!</description>
