Despite a new policy on medical marijuana, patients and providers licensed by their state or local government are still vulnerable to federal raids and prosecution. Worse, these individuals are denied the opportunity to present evidence during federal court proceedings that might inform a jury of their explicit medical use and compliance with state law!
