Still Arriving
This blog features James McLarty-Lopes, a 27 year-old HIV-positive patient, who posts biweekly about his disease, side effects, medication regimen, and his general feelings. He gives advice through his own experiences about how newly diagnosed patients can come to terms with HIV and how HIV/AIDS patients do not have to let their condition lower the value and quality of their lives. He also discusses political factors like the health care debate. Lopes has recently admitted that along with being HIV positive he is also trying to recover from crystal meth addiction.
