March 01-31 (Kalispell, MT) – Women And Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

On March 10 and 11, Flathead Family Planning will be bringing an HIV positive woman to speak at various locations throughout Kalispell, Montana. The participants of the speaking engagement will discuss ways to prevent the spread of HIV and the importance of getting tested for HIV will be stressed.

March 29 (Bowie, MD) – 4th Annual Public Health Care Conference & Exhibit

The 4th Annual Public Health Care Conference and Exhibit will provide information to health care providers, family members and other decision makers regarding treatments, new technologies and latest updates. Among the diseases discussed will be HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases and diabetes.

March 16-18 (Nairobi, Kenya) – HIV Capacity Building Partners Summit

The purpose of the HIV Capacity Building Partners Summit is to allow leading organizations in the fight against HIV to come together and discuss initiatives that are necessary to curb the spread of HIV in Sub-Saharan Africa.

March 11-12 (Jacksonville, FL) – Keepin’ It Real 3/A Women And Girls Awareness Conference

This conference is a slumber party for girls in grades 3 through 12 and adult women. Education sessions on HIV and AIDS, Internet Safety, Healthy Relationships and Self Esteem will be taking place. Free HIV testing will also be provided.

March 12 (Wilmington , DE) – Saving Our Sisters – Saving Ourselves

This event is a conference for women of all ages where HIV testing, prevention and treatment will be discussed. Breakfast, lunch and a gift will be included.
